How annoying is it when it's raining, it's dark, your tired, you've had a long day, you have your briefcase, laptop and some shopping to carry, and you have to put the whole lot down to open and close the gate.  Not any more!  The Easy-Catch is a gate catch which can be opened with the lift of a finger (or shoe if you're well balanced and hang it low enough), and is shut by a push (or gentle kick).  It's so easy, nobody has the excuse not to shut the gate!

Designed by an agricultural engineer who had the misfortune of being restricted in a wheelchair for a number of years after an accident, the Easy-Catch is the ultimate in ease and convenience for every person that goes through a gate, whether they are on foot, in a wheelchair or with a push-chair.   

The Easy-Catch (patented) is made from stainless steel so it won't rust, corrode or wear out - no matter how extreme the weather.  In fact, it should outlast the gate.  The Easy-Catch challenges the traditional paradigm of gate catches as there is nothing attached to the gate - only to the gate post.  It was developed to supply catches for disabled access as a means of complying with the Disability Discrimination Act, but makes life easier for everyone.   

A one-way conversion kit is available for use with existing gates that are not able to open in both directions, and a two-way hinge kit is also available to allow you to rehang your gates to open both ways.
